Turbo Energy Drink through its local agent Facey Trading SVG Ltd played an integral role in the Vincentian team that took part in the St Lucian independence Day sound clash competition.
The team managed to take the second position this year, after taking the top spot in the 2017 competition.
Operations manager of Facey Trading, Claudius George, said Facey was proud to be part of the team’s effort in St Lucia.
He said while the guys did not cop the number one position they are quite pleased with the team’s performance, stating that Turbo Energy Drink will continue to be a major sponsor.
Bishan Thomas, team manager said that the car was built two years ago and won the competition on its first occasion.
He said it’s a Caribbean competition and certainly a good way to unite the Caribbean.
Thomas said he appreciates Facey’s sponsorship which is done under the Turbo Energy Drink brand and looks forward to their continued support.
Atiba Lockhart, the owner of the car, said he was very excited about going to St Lucia after winning the competition last year, and even with the second position the team is elated and looks forward the 2019 sound clash.
