Police have arrested and charged Earlstan Morgan, a 55-year old Farmer from Simon with the offence of Wounding.
Morgan is alleged to have Wounded Augustus Timothy, a 50-year old Farmer of Simon by chopping him about his body with a cutlass. The incident reportedly occurred on the 23.07.2017 about 4:00 pm.
