U.S. embassy to hold consular service in Saint Vincent

U.S. citizens residing in or visiting Saint Vincent and the Grenadines will be able to access consular services locally this October, according to an official announcement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade, Foreign Investment and Diaspora Affairs.

A Consular Officer from the U.S. Embassy will be present in the country to accept applications for U.S. passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad. The consular outreach sessions will take place at the Blue Lagoon Hotel and Marina in Ratho Mill on Wednesday, October 14, and Thursday, October 15, 2026, running from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on both days.

Attendance is strictly by appointment only. The U.S. Embassy confirmed that it will be unable to accommodate walk-in applicants or any accompanying individuals who do not have scheduled appointments.

Applicants are also required to complete all fee payments online prior to their scheduled visit.

Appointments must be booked online through the U.S. Embassy outreach portal. Detailed information regarding required documentation, online payment procedures, and session guidelines has been published on the Embassy website, and the Ministry is urging applicants to review all requirements thoroughly in advance.
