A woman on the Grenadine island of Union has died as a result of a freak accident according to information obtained by News784.
The information is that the female driver Shirley Isaacs alighted from her vehicle which was encountering mechanical problems and went to the back to make checks.
While doing so the vehicle rolled from its parked position knocking her to the ground.
The 56-year-old woman was rushed to the Health Center, however, she succumbed to here injuries and was pronounced dead.
Isaacs who is originally from Chateaubelair moved to Union Island a number of years ago.
