Can you imagine finding it hard to pay your student loan payments every month but making it and the powers that be find it necessary to still publish your name in the Local Newspaper?!
How shameful! How unprofessional! I understand from reports on the radio that My Prime Minister stated that some of those on the list are paying but “lost contact” with the bank.
Let that digest……WHAT!?!?
Each customer’s information is not on their respective records? (personal and work information etc, in addition to at least one contact in case they are unreachable). You see this unprofessional and reckless behaviour must discontinue on this island.
They don’t understand how this can affect those young people. Don’t take this action lightly. The act of community shaming goes deeper and any professional knows how this can seriously affect them.
I do hope that with the same speed that they took to post the names in the Newspapers that they would post an apology to those who supposedly are paying and “supposedly” “lost contact” with the “powers that be”.
I tell you eh.Who feels it really knows it.
