On December 8 Vermont residents were overwhelmed with Christmas happiness as they were serenaded by a local nonprofit.
V.O.P.U – Vermont Our Place United is a group of persons dedicated to fostering community spirit via different activities and events.
The group led a sponsored stroll around the Pembroke and Penniston neighbourhoods, serenading people with a variety of joyful Christmas tunes.
V.O.P.U Jingle and Mingle begins on the evening of December 19th and concludes on the morning of December 23rd. This is the first of several Christmas-themed activities planned by this organisation.
The serenading continues in Vermont this week.
