Vincentian fisher, Winsbert Harry is the 2019 GCFI Gladding Memorial Award, held in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

The annual award is presented to select fishers who demonstrate a significant commitment to the sustainable use and long-term conservation of marine resources in the Gulf and Caribbean region.

Harry is the youngest and the second fisher from the Eastern Caribbean to receive this outstanding award.
