- 2024 Vincy Unity Picnic has been relocated to Crysler Park Beach & Marina
The Vincy Unity Picnic, organized by the SVG Associations of Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto is changing its venue. Historically the picnic took place at Brown’s Bay Park, however, due to extensive reconstruction work at Brown’s Bay Park it was temporarily relocated to Crysler Park Beach over the past two years. After consulting with the officials at the St. Lawrence Parks Commission at Brown’s Bay Park, the organizing committee has now decided to return to Crysler Park Beach for the upcoming event in 2024.
The primary reason for this decision is the recent reconstructive work undertaken at Brown’s Bay Park which has reduced the number of parking spaces and significantly increased costs, which would inevitably impact ticket prices.
By returning to Crysler Park, the committee aims to maintain its tradition of providing memorable experiences for attendees. The event date and time remain unchanged: Saturday, July 20, 2024, from 7:00am to 6:00 pm EST.
