Dead is Henry Jackson 69yrs labourer of La Croix and in custody is his wife Hermina Jackson 49yrs caterer of the same address.
Hermina reported to the police that they had an argument because she confronted Henry about not paying a bill that was to be paid and the fact that he drank alcohol with the money.
She further stated that he got aggressive and boxed her three times in her face and began to fight her.
According to the report, a knife was on a table in the living room and was picked up by the wife and which was used to inflict stab wounds on Jackson’s body.
He was taken to the Evesham Health centre. When Henry arrived at the clinic, he had no vital signs. Hermina had injuries to her left eye and forehead.
He was stabbed several times in the upper left side of his body; the incident occurred sometime before midnight.
