Work on the peters Hope/ Mt Wynne hotel project Black Sands is progressing smoothly.
Prime Minister Gonsalves made the disclosure at a press conference on Monday in Kingstown. He said some 145 persons are currently working on the project site.
Gonsalves said currently work is being concluded on the ten villas.
Gonsalves said the company wanted to do all 45 villas, however, they have changed the plan to begin the hotel blocks.
He said the documentation for such is currently with the planning authorities, which he expects move fairly swiftly.
