Nigel, Althea and Krystal Morgan all from the Mesopotamia Valley who were jointly charged for the offence of grievous bodily harm upon Cuthbert Victory of the same address on April 9th, 2016 would know their fate on April 30th, 2018.
This is when Magistrate Rickie Burnett is expected to give his decision on the matter.
The Morgans are accused of taking a kettle which contained hot water on the date in question and poured it unto the body of Victory which resulted in him being hospitalized for several days.
The decision came following the end of the trial and written and oral submission by Senior Prosecutor Adolphus Delpesche and Senior Defense Counsel Kay Bacchus-Baptiste.
