Police arrested and charged Franklyn Wayne-Kydd, a 54 year old Labourer of Paget Farm for allegedly wounding a 65 year old fisherman of Paget Farm.
According to the police he did so by striking him on his left ear, the left side of his head and his left shoulder with a stone.
The incident occurred on the 09th October 2018 about 8:40am.
