SVG POLICE REPORT
Police have arrested and charged Joel Barker, 33-year-old Labourer of Penniston with the offences of Criminal Assault, Common Assault and Threatening Language respectively on 19.02.21.
According to investigations, Browne being armed with a knife allegedly committed the act of Criminal Assault when he raised it at a 22-year-old Chauffeur of the same address with the intent to commit the offence of wounding.
Barker also allegedly assaulted the V/C by striking him with his hand, and threatened to kill him. The incident occurred at Penniston on 18.02.2020.
Barker is expected to appear before the Magistrate Court to answer the charges.

On 20.02.2021 police arrested and charged Anthony Joseph, 39-year-old Unemployed of Mc Kies Hill with Grievous Bodily Harm.
According to investigations, Joseph allegedly inflicted grievous bodily harm on a 71-year-old vendor of the same address by beating her about her body with his hands. The incident occurred at Mc Kies Hill on 17.12.2020.
Joseph is expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court for arraignment.

On 29.02.2021 police arrested and charged Norval Phillips, 35-year-old Electrician of Largo Height with Offensive Weapon.
According to investigations, Phillips allegedly had in his possession a cutlass in a public place (Bentick Square Public Road) in Kingstown. The offence occurred on 20.02.21.
Phillips is expected to appear before Magistrate Court to answer the charge.

On 20.02.21 police arrested and charged Lynron Prince, 33-year-old Labourer of Greggs with Praedial Larceny.
According to investigations, Prince allegedly stole three (3) ewe goats valued EC$1,100.00, the property of a resident of Greggs. The accused also allegedly stole five (5) ewe sheep valued EC$1,150.00, the property of another resident of Greggs. The incidents occurred between 02.12.2020 and 23.12.2020 at Greggs.
Prince is expected to appear before the Magistrate Court to answer the charges.

Police have arrested and charged Alfred Spencer, 68-year-old Painter of Edinboro with Actual Bodily Harm.
According to investigations, the accused allegedly beat a 39 years old Caretaker of Edinboro about her body with his hands causing her actual bodily harm. The incident occurred on 21.02.21 at Edinboro.
Spencer is expected to appear before the Magistrate Court to answer the charge

On 21.02.21 police arrested and charged Romanno Boyea, 38-year-old Farmer of Green Hill with the offence of Actual Bodily Harm.
According to investigations, the accused allegedly slapped an 18-year-old Unemployed of the same address, and scraped her on the right hand with a pair of scissors causing her actual bodily harm. The incident occurred on 23.09.2020 at Green Hill.
Boyea is expected to appear before the Magistrate Court to answer the charge.

On 21.02.2021 police arrested and charged Kyle Richards, 24-year-old Labourer of Redemption Sharpes with Theft.
According to investigations, the accused allegedly stole one (1) Play Station game console valued US $350.00, the property of a 22 years old Businessman of Cane Hall. The incident occurred at Sharpe Street, Kingstown.
Richards is expected to appear before the Magistrate Court to and the charge.

On 21.02.2020 Police arrested and charged Jason John, 21-year-old Unemployed of Murray’s Village with theft.
According to investigations, the accused allegedly stole one (1) purple rain lace wig valued one hundred and twenty (EC$120.00), the property of a 37-year-old Store Manager.
John is expected to appear before the Magistrate’s Court to answer the charge.
