The met office in its midday report says a tropical wave is approaching SVG. The forecast calls for Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with some scattered showers and possible isolated thunderstorms.
The shower and thunderstorm activity should continue into Tuesday.
The disturbance area east of the island chain has a medium chance of developing, tracking northwestward across the Atlantic Ocean.
