Every year in St Vincent Her Majesty’s Prisons host a week of activities to showcase the works done by inmates through the various reformative programs.
This year’s activities started on Sunday and would run until this Sunday 16th December, where it would climax with a christmas concert.
The activities are being held under the theme “Holding hands, changing lives for reintegration
On Tuesday a public speaking competition was held where inmates participated in a debate on the prepared topic “Crime; its causes, effects and solutions”.
A family day was held on Wednesday, while a sports day took place on Thursday 13th December 2018.
On Friday an exhibition will take place. The program wraps up on Sunday with the yearly prison concert.
