The issue of gun violence continues to plague the island of St Vincent.
One man is said to be nursing injuries after being shot in the leg last evening in the Vermont area.
No one died from that incident.
Also following an altercation on the windward side of the island a South Rivers man sustained chop wounds and is now at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.
