On April 23, 2024, police arrested and charged Adonijah Caine, a 34-year-old Farmer of Langley Park with Unlawfully Discharging a Firearm.
According to the investigation, the accused allegedly unlawfully discharged a firearm at a 21-year-old Farmer of New Chapmans, by pointing and firing it at him.
The offense was committed at Dickson Village on April 22, 2024.
Caine appeared before the Serious Offences Court on April 24, 2024, and pleaded not guilty. He was granted bail in the sum of $10,000.00 ECC with one surety.
On July 30, 2024, Caine appeared before the Serious Offences Court, and the charge brought against him was dismissed for want of prosecution.
