Execution-style On Bronx street, Man Take Bullets After He Hits Ground

1 Min Read

(NY POST) – A cold-blooded gunman shot a Bronx man in the head on Thursday — and kept firing as his victim dropped to the ground to make sure he was dead, police and a witness said.

The shooter and the victim, 33-year-old Felix Medina, argued on E. 141st. St. and Cypress Ave. in Mott Haven at about 4 p.m., said cops.

When Medina turned his head, the killer reached into his book bag, where he had a gun, police and the witness said.

“He lifted his hand out of his book bag and shot him in the head,” said the witness, who didn’t give his name and hid his jewelry because he was afraid someone might recognize him as he spoke.

“When the guy fell, he kept on shooting. It was execution style. He shot him in the back of the head and kept shooting to finish him,” the witness said.

“He dropped him and walked off.”

“I was the first one to run up and try to help, but it looked like he was already gone,” the witness said.
