Flow in a press release said there would be some upcoming changes and enhancements that will affect the value and pricing of some of the company’s standalone broadband and bundle packages.
Effective April 1, 2024, Flow will be implementing a nominal price adjustment for select bundle and broadband packages.
“The exact percentage increase will vary depending on the specific product or service but on average the adjustment is 3%.
“While there will be a slight increase in price, we are also pleased to announce significant enhancements to our internet speeds. These improvements are aimed at providing added value for our customers, ensuring that you continue to enjoy super-fast and reliable internet and entertainment services”.
Flow in its release said while they understand that any change in pricing can have an impact on customers budget, they wish to assure customers that this decision was made after careful consideration and review of various factors including rising production costs, inflationary pressures, and market dynamics.
“We have taken great care to ensure that the new pricing remains competitive in market while also allowing us to maintain the quality and level of service that you have come to expect from us”, Flow said.
