John Horne a former gov’t Minister under the New Democratic Party Administration, died in the early hours of Monday morning.
John was Minister of Education during the Mitchell led administration and also MP for West Kingstown from 1984-2001.
John died at his Cane Garden home at the age of 76. News784 express condolences to the Horne Family.
