Police Report
On 05.04.2021 police arrested and charged Darius Charles, 30-year-old Farmer of Hadley Village with the offences of Assault Bodily Harm, Criminal Assault and Offensive Weapon.
According to investigations, (1) the Accused allegedly assaulted a 19-year-old Student of the same address by striking him with a stone on his right hand; (2) by pointing a gun at him with intent to commit an offence; (3) at the time of the offence the Accused without lawful excuse and within a public place, had a cutlass in his possession.
The incident occurred at Hadley Village on 22.03.2021.
Charles is expected to appear before the Magistrate’s Court to answer the charges.
