Police arrested and charged Kimron Neverson, a 22 year old Labourer of Redemption Sharpes, for the offence of Wounding.
Police investigations revealed that on the 24th August 2018 about 9:40pm, the defendant unlawfully and maliciously wounded a woman also of Redemption Sharpes, by shooting her on the right side of her head with a gun.
Neverson was also charged for having in his possession a firearm without a license issued under the firearms act. Neverson is expected to appear before the serious offences court to answer to the charges.
