MOH Gets Specialised Vehicle For Community Outreach Activities

St Vincent now has a  specialised vehicle that can be used by the Ministry of Health for community outreach activities aimed at preventing and controlling diabetes and other non-communicable diseases.

The basic value of this vehicle is about $400,000.00, was donated by the government and people of Taiwan.

Minister of Health Luke Browne commends  Ambassador Calvin Ho for the work his country is doing to contain the spread of COVID-19.

Taiwan is only 81 miles away from mainland China (the epicentre of the pandemic) but has only registered 49 cases of COVID-19 to date.

The Ambassador pledged assistance to help with SVG’S national response.
