Police are investigating a report of Indecent Assault and Unlawful Sexual Intercourse made by a 61-year-old Domestic of Long Piece on behalf of her grand-daughter, a 12-year-old student.
The report was made on 12th November 2018 against a 50-year-old Security Guard.
According to investigations, between 1st September 2018 and 05th October 2018 at Argyle, the accused (i) allegedly touched the minor inappropriately about her body, she being a girl under the age of 15 years old.
It was done according to police report with the intent to commit the offence of unlawful sexual intercourse with the said minor, an act which is more than merely preparatory to the commission of the offence.
Investigations are ongoing.
