News784 was informed that Sir Vincent Ian Beache has died. Beache passed away at 3.10 am on Monday 5th August 2019.
Sir Beache was a former representative for the North Central Windward and South Windward constituency and a Minister of Agriculture, and National Security.
He was also the first leader of the Unity Labour Party, a merger between SVGLP and MNU.
