Police in St. Kitts and Nevis are looking into a shooting that killed two people in Stapleton Village. Jermaine Henry, 35, and Denzil Edwards, 34, were both from Stapleton Village.
The incident occurred at about 2 a.m. on Saturday morning.
So far, police investigations have found that a group of men were playing cards in a yard when a single gunman in a hoodie came into the yard and started shooting at them. Two of the men were shot, and a third broke his leg when he tried to run away.
Henry was pronounced dead at the scene, and the EMS took Edwards and the man with a broken leg to the JNF General Hospital. Edwards died soon after because of his injuries.
The Crime Scene Unit went to the scene and looked for things that could be used as proof.
The police are asking people to help with their investigation by giving them any information that could help.
