Unbelievable? But true. The southern Caribbean nation of St Vincent and the Grenadines have officially closed the first quarter of 2019 with one murder.
The death of Osborne Rogers was recorded as St Vincent and the Grenadines first homicide for the year 2019, and the only one for the first quarter of the year.

Among them was getting the K9 unit to reestablish, upgrading the IT department, enhancing the witness protection program along with specific area patrols among others.
St Vincent and the Grenadines recorded 34 murders in 2018, 11 of which were solved.
