Tevin Bobb from the communities of Ottley Hall/McKies Hill who was indicted on a charge of the murder is now a free man.
Bobb was charged with murder of Alphonso Davy of New Montrose on August 16th, 2016 at Rose Place.
He walked out of the Serious Offences Court on Wednesday November 28th a free man after the Prosecution failed to adduce enough evidence to ensure that a case was made out for him to answer during a Preliminary Inquiry.
This came after several of the Prosecution’s witnesses who were summoned to give evidence failed to appear in Court.
