Police arrested and charged Ulric Hanson, a 32-year-old Laborer of Roseau, for unlawfully and maliciously wounding a 30-year-old Unemployed woman also of Roseau.
Police investigations revealed that Hanson on the 10th August 2018 about 2:40 am, wounded the woman by stabbing her on her left hand with an unknown object in Roseau.
