On 1st July 2021, Police arrested and charged Quinton Joseph, a 35-year-old businessman of Ashton, Union Island with the offences of Assault Bodily Harm, and Damage to Property.
According to investigations, the Accused man allegedly assaulted a 35-year-old Farmer of Diamonds Village by striking him about his body with his hands (2) For without lawful excuse damaged one (1) blue Fender value $950.00ECC, one (1) right front Door of motor vehicle P-496 value $2,300.00ECC, total value $3,300.00ECC by force opening same causing it to bend on an iron post.
The property of the Complainant and was reckless as to whether such property would be damaged. The incident occurred at Clifton, Union Island.
The Accused will appear before the Magistrate Court to answer the charge.
Meanwhile
On 11 July 2021, Police arrested and charged Erasmus Alexander, 36-year-old Contractor of Clifton, Union Island with the offence of Damage to Property.
According to investigations, the Accused man allegedly damaged one (1) red Mahogany Pool Table value $4,000.00ECC by lifting same and slamming it to the ground. The incident occurred at Clifton, Union Island.
The Accused will appear before the Magistrate Court to answer the charge.
