Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro stated that his country has experienced comprehensive economic growth in the last three years.
“2021, 2022, and 2023 have marked the beginning of a process of recovery and comprehensive economic growth for our country and the social life of our people,” he said during a meeting with legislators from the “Bloc of the Homeland.”

Venezuela Condemns Argentina Theft Attempt of EMTRASUR Aircraft
The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela categorically rejected the decision, clearly servile to imperial interests, adopted by Argentine federal judge Federico Villena in relation to the seizure of Venezuelan aircraft belonging to the company Transporte Cargo del Sur (EMTRASUR).
The Government of Venezuela condemned the attempt to consummate the theft of the Venezuelan aircraft seized since June 2022 in the Republic of Argentina.
With this illegal decision, the Argentine State submits to the powers of U.S. imperialism and flagrantly violates the Convention on International Civil Aviation, the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, the Charter of the United Nations, as well as the Bilateral Agreement between the Argentine Republic and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and other agreements related to International Air Navigation and Human Rights.
Venezuela has demonstrated, before all international legal and political instances, the legal and legitimate possession of the aforementioned aircraft, dedicated to the transportation of necessities in our region.

Maduro: relations with Guyana going through a turbulent moment
Maduro recognizes that relations with Guyana are going through a moment of turbulence and asserted this Sunday that his counterpart of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Irfaan Ali, has mocked the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and the President of Brazil, Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva, who encouraged dialogue between both nations to find a solution to the territorial dispute over the Essequibo.
“At this moment, we could say, we are going through a moment of turbulence. Because Guyana is not acting as the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Guyana is acting as “British Guyana”, accepting that a warship goes to its coasts and from its coasts threatens Venezuela”, expressed the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro in the interview granted to the writer and intellectual Ignacio Ramonet, , in which he recalled the presence of a British ship in the Atlantic coast between Venezuela and Guyana.
“Because “That warship, since it left for their coasts, was with a voice of threat to Venezuela. And the impertinent, insolent declarations of the British Foreign Ministry have been to reaffirm its threat to Venezuela”, he added.
Maduro assured that the government of London and the president of Guyana are mocking President Lula, the president of CELAC, Ralph Gonsalves, and all the Caricom countries.
“They have made a mockery of Venezuela by threatening it with a military vessel. They have mocked and kicked the Argyle Agreement, they have kicked it,” said the head of state.
