Police arrested and charged Andy Baptiste, 31 years old Labourer of Walvaroo with Theft on 02 February 2019.
The accused Baptiste stole a Subscriber Identity Module (sim) valued fifteen dollars (EC$15.00).
He is also charged with the theft of fourteen thousand, four hundred and fifty-nine dollars (EC$14,459.00) in cellular phone credit between 2016 and 2017 at Walvaroo.

Baptiste is expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court to answer the charges.
