According to a Facebook post, the family walked into the backyard last Thursday morning to deal with their herd, only to find a blood-stained pen and bloody ropes dangling.
“Between 6 p.m. on Wednesday, 24th, and 6 a.m. on Thursday, 25th, 2024, someone butchered seven of our goats (4 rams and three ewe who were pregnant) in the pen and went away with only the meat! Leaving the head, belly, foot, and horns behind for us to dispose of.”
