Operations Coordinator
Directs and coordinates operations and activities of the Manned Services & Cash in
Transit units to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations. The Operations Coordinator will take the lead in ensuring the proper positioning and supervision of human and technical resources on a day-to-day basis. The Ops Coordinator will conduct routine meetings with clients and be available to conduct routine location surveys as well as those in connection with prospecting for business. Applicants must have a proper working vehicle. Knowledge of firearms safe handling or willingness to learn.
Major duties and responsibilities include the following:
• maintain service quality of Manned Services and Cash-in-Transit Services;
• develop and maintain a professional relationship with customers;
• identify and target suitable new customers;
• maintain up to date knowledge of competitor activities and strategies;
• participate in the process of recruitment, selection and background investigation
of all employees of the company.
• effectively train, motivate and retain all levels of staff;
• ensure compliance with regulatory directives that apply to the security
industry;
• ensure efficient use and proper maintenance of equipment and resources
and ensure strict compliance with operating procedures;
• develop work instructions and assignment instructions for service delivery
and operations
• participate in the disciplinary, and awards process
• update time-sheet in a timely manner for processing of wages
• generate and update reports and time-sheets for reporting purposes
• applicant must be computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft office applications

Security Officers Supervisor
Main Responsibilities:
• Visiting Guards on duty to ensure compliance with company policies and
standing orders
• Make regular checks on records at location
• Assisting with the issuing of regular and special equipment to security officer
• Assume active command in emergency situations
• Conduct preliminary investigations of incidents and reports
• Foster customer relationship and identify opportunities to new business
• Maintain up to date records and prepare various reports on operations
including attendance records and time sheet data and make adjustments to
schedules as required
• Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• 30 years and over with at least 3 years experience in a similar position
• High School Diploma minimum of five O levels including English Language
• Previous Military/Paramilitary experience will be an asset
• Must have a fully functional working vehicle
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be Computer literate with sound knowledge of Ms Office particularly
excel
• Knowledge of firearms will be an asset
